2002 Fender Japan MG69-85 Mustang in Atomic Silver (ASV), with painted neck and headstock. From a non-catalog limited run which also included a matching JG66 with humbuckers, produced around the beginning of the “J-Craft” series.

100% fully functional.

Set up with D'Addario 10-46s, playing well up and down the neck with proper intonation.

Includes generic gig bag. No vibrato arm.

Condition

Cosmetically the 20+ year old instrument is in good shape, with many various dings, chips, scratches, and finish wear commensurate with age. Finish has yellowed with age. Chrome hardware has patina. Pickguard has pick markings from play. Finish discoloration near toggle switches. Buckle rash on back of body.

Frets have wear, primarily on the first few frets, diminishing as it progresses towards the twelfth fret. No buzzing/fretting out/etc.

Back of the neck is clean with no dings. Fret ends have some clear coat chipping/imperfections; not noticeable to the touch while playing.
