Shipping policy

Orders typically ship within 24 hours M-F (excluding US holidays). All instruments ship fully insured with signature confirmation.

Instruments are professionally packed in new, heavy duty, high edge crush test boxes. There are no labels or markings indicating the contents, aside from “Fragile” stickers.

Prior to shipment, all instruments are stored in their case/gig bag in a non-smoking, temperature and humidity controlled environment.
