1994 Orville LPJ-D65 Les Paul Junior Double Cut in Tobacco Sunburst. Outside of the Gibson Custom Shop, these short-lived Orvilles are one of the only available burst double cut Juniors built to vintage correct specifications.

Manufactured at the FujiGen factory in Japan. Serial begins with "4", and pots are dated March, 1993.

100% fully functional.

Set up with D'Addario 10-46 strings, playing up and down the neck with proper intonation.

Includes brand new Canadian Lifton-style hard case.

Condition

Cosmetically the 31 year old instrument is in good shape, with various chips, dings, scratches, and superficial finish wear commensurate with age. Chrome hardware has patina. Pickguard has pick markings from play, and some minor warping. Finish chips on tip of headstock.

Back of the neck has a few minor dings. Ding on neck treble side shoulder at the 7th fret. Clear coat chipping/expansion at fret ends on both sides of the neck,

Frets have minor wear, primarily in the open chord area beneath the unwound strings, lessening as it progresses up to the twelfth fret. No buzzing/fretting out/etc. Neck is straight, and truss rod functions properly.
