1993 Fender Japan MG69 in Lake Placid Blue (LPB), a non-catalog order model.

LPB was never a production/catalog color for the Mustang during the 1990's—It wasn't until the late 2000's that its desaturated counterpart, Old Lake Placid Blue (OLB), became available as an option.

As with many FujiGen instruments, the clear coat has yellowed with age. Being a metallic color, the luminance/hue changes dramatically depending on the angle and quality of light.

Manufactured at the FujiGen factory. Order number "K-483". Original pots dated March 1993.

100% fully functional.

Set up with D'Addario 10-46 strings, and plays well up and down the neck with proper intonation.

Includes white deluxe gig bag. No vibrato arm.

Condition

The 30+ year old instrument is in good shape with various minor dings, scratches, chips and finish wear commensurate with age. Finish has yellowed with age. Chrome hardware has minor patina. Pickguard and pickup covers have pick markings/scratches. Finish cracks/chipping at neck pocket. Finish chips on fretboard edges. Dings/chips on tip of headstock.

Frets have wear, primarily beneath the unwound strings, lessening as it progresses towards the twelfth fret. While there are divots, primarily in the open chord area, it plays well with normal action and no buzzing.

Back of neck has various small dings and chips, though none are too distracting while playing.
